Esta actividad es replicada de igual manera en cada uno de nuestros puntos de servicio.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dfd_spacer screen_wide_spacer_size=\u00bb35&#8243; screen_normal_resolution=\u00bb1024&#8243; screen_tablet_resolution=\u00bb800&#8243; screen_mobile_resolution=\u00bb480&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad, manejamos est\u00e1ndares de monitoreo y verificaci\u00f3n constante de las instalaciones \u00a0y utensilios que forman parte de las operaciones diarias, las cu\u00e1les al no ser llevadas adecuadamente puede verse afectada la inocuidad de los alimentos, es as\u00ed que mediante cronograma se realiza calibraci\u00f3n y mantenimientos de cada uno de los equipos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s contamos con laboratorio interno, donde constantemente se llevan a cabo an\u00e1lisis microbiol\u00f3gicos de alimentos y superficies en planta y en cada uno de nuestros puntos de servicio, permitiendo as\u00ed mantener todos los procesos de producci\u00f3n y servicio controlados, identificando as\u00ed cualquier desviaci\u00f3n que pudiera existir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Departamento de Calidad lleva a cabo inspecciones peri\u00f3dicas que permiten dar seguimiento de que los procesos que se encuentren llevando a cabo en cada uno de los comedores sean los establecidos dentro de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufactura.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dfd_spacer screen_wide_spacer_size=\u00bb30&#8243;
